Lions made histroy in Bochum
A goal in each half gave 1860 Munich a hard-fought 2-1 victory away to VfL Bochum on Sunday.
In-form Dominik Stahl got 1860 off to a flier, heading home Mortiz Volz’ measured cross after ten minutes. Bochum head coach Peter Neururer could not have asked for a much better response, though, with Yuseke Tasaka’s third league goal of the season bringing the hosts back on level terms before the break. Munich got their noses in front once more, courtesy of Daniel Adlung’s maiden strike of the campaign and this time held their nerve to move to within four points of third-place 1.FC Kaiserslautern. 1860 München could reach fter this win the 7. position in Bundesliga. The lions made history becuse this was their first win at Bochum's home.
